3PL Logistics Administrator
We’re looking for a 3PL Logistics Administrator to support our 3PL Operations team with key administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance for our customers.

3PL Logistics Administrator
We’re looking for a 3PL Logistics Administrator to support our 3PL Operations team with key administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Order Management
- Release and monitor sales orders to 3PL warehouses via EDI.
- Optimise warehouse order splits and resolve blocked/problem orders quickly.
- Manage EDI issues, short-dated stock allocations, and order changes.
- Run PGI reports to ensure on-time shipping and correct billing.
- Attend daily 3PL operations calls, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Log and investigate delivery failures to support OTIF reporting and root cause analysis.
- Track POD returns, manage customer returns, and process credit memos.
- Reconcile 3PL invoices with rate cards and contracts.
- Challenge unexpected costs and record exceptions for audit and approval.
- Process manual stock movements and monitor overspill inventory.
- Allocate orders to balance stock and maintain service levels.
- Manage the UK Distribution inbox and provide team cover.
- Support customer meetings, strategic projects, and ad-hoc requests.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse administration (3PL preferred).
- Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- ERP knowledge (SAP desirable) and intermediate Excel skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure, professional, and collaborative.
