At Leonardo, we’re looking for graduates who want to be part of something bigger—shaping innovation, advancing technology, and enhancing global safety.
We are committed to developing our graduates into leading technical or business professionals, and as such we will also support you through your preferred route for professional development.
Our 2 year Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects alongside subject matter experts.
On joining, you will receive a competitive starting salary, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus. You’ll also be eligible for a £1,000 exit bonus upon successful completion of the programme. In addition, you may be eligible for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance (TAA), subject to specific criteria.
We encourage you to spend at least four days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise your learning experience.
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Procurement Business Graduate.
During the programme, you will
Start with an Induction into Leonardo, followed by team building activities. There will also be a Procurement specific induction to ensure that scheme requirements and expectations are fully established.
Typically, your placements will consist of 4 month rotations across the Procurement & Supply Chain department including the opportunity to do an external placement elsewhere in the business. The graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to gain practical experience in a wide spectrum of procurement disciplines and also develop soft skills through opportunities which a direct entry position may not be able to.
In conjunction with the Procurement Management Team and the Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme to shape your development and include placements which give an insight into the complete Helicopter Product Life Cycle and business operation.
As a Procurement Business Graduate, you will…
A role in Procurement will be incredibly varied and will grow and develop throughout the scheme. There will be opportunities to visit supplier facilities throughout the scheme. There is an appetite for Graduates to support Initiatives and projects.
