121 SEN TA Role

• As a 121 SEN TA you should be able to provide one-on-one sessions with special needs kids.
• Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
• As a SEN TA, you should encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
• Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

• Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff.
