Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in Ware that strives to create a safe and happy learning community where everyone is supported and motivated to reach their full potential. They provide a curriculum framework which offers exciting and meaningful learning opportunities. This school is currently looking for a Year 4 Full Time Long-Term Supply Teacher to join their team. The Year 4 Teacher will be supporting a class of well-behaved and enthusiastic Primary level pupils. The Year 4 Teacher should be passionate and ready to engage with their students, contributing to the school's polite, friendly and safe educational atmosphere.

Year 4 Teacher - Role
- Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- The Year 4 Teacher should be able to maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
- Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- The Year 4 Teacher should be compliant with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have recent experience as a Year 4 Teacher – Key Stage 2.
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
