Transformation Manager

The Transformation Manager plays a key role in shaping the transformation of the Energy Infrastructure Solutions business. Partnering closely with the Transformation Director and Senior Executive Team, you’ll develop and communicate compelling transformation narratives for Board-level stakeholders, while coordinating the delivery of strategic priorities through ownership of the integrated roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and refresh the strategic transformation narrative, turning complex progress, challenges and proof points into clear materials for Senior stakeholder groups to drive decision making.
- Own and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap through transparency of milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes across workstreams
- Produce insight-led reporting that synthesises performance, risks, dependencies and readiness into a clear view of delivery confidence and priorities.
- Coordinate governance, direction pathways, forums and programme cadence, ensuring high-quality papers, clear actions and robust follow-through.
- Collaborate with change, communications and delivery leads to ensure critical actions, milestones and outcomes are translated into colleague-facing messages and adoption activity.
- Maintain core programme standards, playbooks and ways of working, acting as a critical friend to improve efficiency, clarity and consistency across the transformation.
- Use personal and practical experience to upskill and / or share experiences of Change Management with wider team
- Experience of working in a strategic, transformation and/or consultancy role.
- Experience in PMO, programme delivery and strategic reporting roles within a complex business environment.
- Proven experience of creating narratives for Senior Stakeholder groups that influence decision making.
- Strong ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information, identify themes and convert them into clear, meaningful outputs.
- Experience coordinating governance, reporting cycles, decisions, risks, dependencies and programme cadence across multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and constructively challenge to improve clarity, pace and delivery confidence.
- Comfortable working across changing priorities, ambiguity and tight timescales while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
It would be great if you had
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, business change or cost efficiency programmes.
- Knowledge of the commercial, regulatory and market context relevant to EIS and the wider business.
- Experience using reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Asana or similar platforms.
- Experience working with internal communications or change teams to support engagement and adoption.
