We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator at Lloyd Bodyshop Newcastle.


Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Role Responsibilities:



  • Handle telephone, email and face to face enquiries.
  • Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate, trade customers and other Lloyd retailers.
  • Dealing with Credit Control.
  • Dealing with Insurance and Accident Management Companies.
  • General Administrator duties


An ideal Bodyshop Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Have a professional attitude.
  • Be IT literate.
  • Previous admin experience is desired but not essential
