We offer tailored support to help people move towards independent living; we do not provide personal care.

Support is offered to residents which include daily living tasks such as budgeting, managing appointments, applying for benefits, and accessing healthcare.

Build trust with residents and provide encouragement to make positive changes.

Complete actions on individualised support plans with residents to address issues like substance use, mental health, employment, and housing.

Work with external agencies (e.g. housing, addiction services, mental health teams and probation) to coordinate support.

Respond to emergencies, challenge behaviour appropriately and in line with policies.

Support residents develop the skills they need to live independently, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing their accommodation.

Maintain accurate records of support sessions, incidents, and progress using internal computer systems and work collaboratively with other team members.
