  • Recruit, induct, train and manage your team on a day to day basis, prioritising supervision for reflective practice

This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off never being able to predict exactly what will happen that day!

You will need a UK driving license as you will have access to a pool car. You will be responsible for responding, managing, providing advice and guidance for incidents across our main accommodation sites as well as transitional homes. You can expect to travel between these two locations frequently.
