– **Role Description:**
– Work with people who have long-term neurological conditions, focusing on maximising functional ability and quality of life.
– Lead group therapy sessions and build one-on-one rapport to develop speech and communication.
– Manage caseloads, assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
– Contribute to audits and research, and provide specialist knowledge in areas like acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

– **Requirements:** HCPC registration, experience managing cases involving dysphagia, working with families, and evidence of ongoing professional development.
