Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
As Senior Orchestration Manager, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of critical strategic initiatives across Sage's global GTM portfolio. Acting as the connective tissue between teams, leaders and programmes, you'll ensure alignment, improve execution and provide leadership with clear visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
As Senior Orchestration Manager, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of critical strategic initiatives across Sage's global GTM portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the orchestration of complex, cross-functional strategic programmes and business initiatives.
- Providing leadership, direction and coaching on programme delivery and professional development.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders, sponsors and functional leaders to drive alignment and achieve strategic outcomes.
- Building programme capability across the business by promoting effective delivery methods and best practices.
- Defining and standardising programme reporting, governance frameworks and key performance metrics.
- Driving continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of operational and business efficiencies.
- Managing risks, issues and escalations, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across senior stakeholder groups.
- Taking ownership of key strategic projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Preparing and leading governance forums, steering committees and executive review sessions.
- Leading and developing a team responsible for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Fostering a Growth Mindset culture that encourages innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Championing cross-functional teamwork to share knowledge, drive consistency and maximise organisational effectiveness.
We're looking for a strategic leader who combines strong programme execution skills with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience leading large-scale strategic programmes, business transformations or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong programme and/or product management experience, ideally within a finance, accounting, fintech or other data-driven commercial environment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional programmes in a global organisation.
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing programme professionals.
- Strong governance, reporting, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence and organisational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation.
