The Senior HR Administrator will be accountable for the management and compliance of all Associate data during their lifecycle with BABW. They are responsible for all HR Compliance (SOX, HR Audits, external compliance requirements and reporting production and Training). The Senior HR Administrator is also responsible for field and BQ recruitment management through the effective use of and management of Sage Recruit and third-party recruitment partners.

This role will involve contact with internal and external partners and will require proactive communication skills. Furthermore, this role will involve the reviewing of all data entry and processing and will ensure personal information is accurate and compliant with UK Legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and compliance of the full associate employment lifecycle (Starters, leavers ad changes)
  • Responsible for the maintenance and administration of all SAGE on-boarding/ off boarding processes
  • Compliance reporting including SOX checks and business conduct policies
  • Ownership of all contracts managed centrally and those sent via Docusign/ Sage along with template management
  • Ownership and management of the recruitment systems: Sage Recruit, Indeed, Predictive Index and any other relevant job boards
  • Ownership of Maternity/ Paternity/ Holiday administration
  • Responsible for reporting including compliance, recruitment trends and probation
  • Execution of the monthly Sage to Payroll integration
  • Full Accountability and store guidance in respect of work permits, visa documentation - driving and coordinating annual checks
  • Management of the Docusign account and usage
  • Active recruitment/ interviewing for selected vacancies, as and when required
  • Put forward suggestions and recommendations to enhance BABW capability and continuously improve end user experience
  • Create regular ad hoc reports using SAGE, Storeforce and Activ to provide insights on business success
  • Responsible for liaising with HRD and Payroll Manager on all NMW / NLW legislation changes to ensure accurate compliance and data maintenance.
  • Processing any annual pay changes arising from Annual Appraisal process using Compensation Module
  • Complete any required Audit reports (internal and External)
  • Ownership of all Sage held information
  • Completion of GDPR compliance
  • All other duties reasonable requested by the HR Manager


Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of HR Administration or equivalent experience
  • CIPD Level 3-5 desirable

  • UK Corporate Office is located in Slough; occasional travel may be required to UK stores
