We are one of the few car dealerships not open Sundays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends. Our sales managers work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday averaging 39 hours per week.

Joining us as a Sales Manager means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting purchase, so it is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values to go the extra mile and get the service right first time, every time.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from or is interested in a sales background alongside experience of managing sales operations in a volume franchise. You will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the sales process, stock management, and achieving pre-determined sales targets whilst fully implementing our controlled sales process and electronic diary management system.

As a Perrys Sales Manager, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Delivering not just a new car to them but a complete package to suit their driving needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from arranging test drives, to discussing finance options, to prospecting for new customers.

About you:

• You will have good interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to listen to our customers needs and take pride in engaging with people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Open to new ideas and committed to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
• You will have a full UK Driving licence.
• A willingness to work Saturdays
• Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager
