Returns Team Member

We have an excellent opportunity to appoint a new Returns Team Member at our warehouse at our Stafford site (DC3). Working within our Stock & Systems Department and reporting to the Returns Team Manager, you will be involved with the reverse logistics of multiple return categories of stock, ensuring that all Returns movements - in and out of the department, are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures
This position will be on our rotating shift operating between 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 rotating on a weekly basis.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Receive and audit inbound returns including unloading and loading trailers

• Prepare stock for inter site transfers and RTV collections

• Monitor and report stock damages returning from TCs

• Process Mints, Derange, QA and Overstock extraction returns

• Prepare the layout of reverse pick aisles weekly

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of warehouse management systems within a distribution operation

• Flexible and have a high level of self-motivation in what is an extremely time-critical operation

• PC skills required for accurate data entry and use of e-mails (Outlook)

• Proven capability to operate MHE and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment

• Physically able to carry out manual activities
