Key Holder / Retail Assistant - Ashford, Kent
The rewards
- £14.00 per hour
Hours
- Temporary — various shifts available across June and July
- Shifts range from 10:00am–7:00pm and 11:00am–8:00pm
The role of Key Holder / Retail Assistant:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment
The ideal Key Holder / Retail Assistant:
- Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts
