Recruitment Consultant

Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton (Office based)

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience plus achievable monthly Bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We are expanding our healthcare recruitment team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Codsall office. If you enjoy fast‑paced recruitment work, speaking to people all day and achieving clear recruitment targets, this role is a great fit.

What you will do:

  • Review recruitment applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses
  • Screen candidates and assess suitability.
  • Make high‑volume outbound warm calls.
  • Hit recruitment KPIs around interviews and pipeline growth.
  • Stay organised and productive in a busy recruitment environment.
  • Source candidates proactively through CV databases, job boards, social platforms, and referral networks.
  • Take ownership of your workload, working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working to KPIs or targets.
  • Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
  • Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to manage a busy recruitment workload.
  • Proactive approach with strong initiative - able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing, CV searching, or talent attraction is highly beneficial.
