About The Role
This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new apprentices during their initial four weeks with us. You will play a key role in guiding apprentices and employers through onboarding processes, identifying support needs, and preparing apprentices for their training journey.
This role offers a blend of home-based working and travel within the West Midlands area to visit learners in their workplace, therefore candidates must based within this area. In addition, there will be a requirement to attend training sessions in Wolverhampton

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Initial Assessment:
- Serve as the primary liaison between employers, apprentices, and Juniper during the first four weeks.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Identify any barriers and support needs and create initial support plans with apprentices.
- Work with the Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultants to meet key targets.
- Conduct comprehensive induction sessions to introduce apprentices to the program structure and expectations.
- Set initial tasks and assignments to prepare apprentices for their pathway.
- Keep apprentices engaged, motivated, and on track to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with Skills Coaches and managers to ensure a seamless transition at week five.
- Complete all required documentation following internal and contractual guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with apprentices and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Proficiency in IT
- Highly motivated, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure
- Experience in working towards targets and deadlines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship onboarding systems (DAS)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards offered by Juniper
- Experience of working within Early Years sector
- CEIAG Level 3/4
- Experience as a Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Officer
- Experience in education/training and working to targets
