The Opportunity

We're looking for two Production Welders to join our manufacturing team in Hastings.

Working as part of a skilled workshop team, you'll help build the livestock handling equipment and farm infrastructure products that Norton is known for across Australia. This is a hands-on role where quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork are highly valued.

You'll be involved in welding, fabrication, assembly, and quality checks, helping ensure products leave the workshop built to the high standards our customers expect.

The Fit

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and has a strong focus on quality and safety.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in a welding or fabrication role within a manufacturing environment

• MIG welding experience (TIG and ARC experience advantageous)

• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Trade qualifications or welding certifications will be highly regarded but aren't essential for the right person.
