The Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll work within a production team to operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, support set-ups and changeovers, and help meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping. You’ll also handle materials, report faults, reduce waste, and contribute to continuous improvement.
These are shift-based roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity whether you have experience or are new to manufacturing.
