We are now looking to hire a Production Manager to take ownership our production floor and stores activies.

You will add impact at Ovarro by;
- Coordination of all daily production and stores activities at site to drive the achievement of site-wide goals and initiatives.
- Working closely with all stakeholders to deliver the forecast and revenue plans with clear alignment to demand planning and purchasing plans.
- Ensuring personnel are suitably motivated to achieve by leading with a visual presence.
- Represent the site during required forums to clearly communicate risks and opportunities within build planning of the value stream for revenue plans for the month/ quarter.
- Lead and own the SQDCI process with cross-functional teams to measure and monitor performance, driving actions on any off-target KPIs and presenting a summary of performance to the leadership team.
- Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process.
- Previous experience in a Production leadership role
- Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines
