About the Service


Norton is a 8-bed residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health and behaviours of concern. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.


People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including gardening, having BBQs, visiting the cinema and bowling, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.


About the Role


As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.


You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

  • Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
  • NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
  • NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
  • Previous care experience
