Our Product Guides grow through hands-on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Manchester. You’re the face of our brand - bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. You grow with us, lift others up, and help shape a community that thrives on connection, nature, and bold ideas.

As an Arc’teryx Product Guide, here’s what you’d be doing:

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
