Who We're Looking For

You Should Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary education setting.
• A good understanding of the National Curriculum.
• The ability to plan engaging and appropriately challenging learning.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Confidence adapting teaching for pupils with different needs.
• A positive and collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine interest in continuing to develop professionally.
  
  

Most importantly, you'll be someone who wants children to succeed and is willing to continually reflect, learn and develop your own teaching practice.

An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one, and satisfactory references will be required.
