We are seeking an *Experienced Dental Practice Manager* to lead our friendly team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and experience, maintain the practice's reputation, and identify growth opportunities
- Manage recruitment, staff inductions, and oversee daily operations
- Deliver financial KPIs, control costs, and grow private patient numbers
- Support clinical and reception teams, hold regular meetings, and analyze activity data
- At least 5 years of dental experience, with a background in clinical dentistry or management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- GDC registration and knowledge of CQC standards preferred
- Computer literacy; SOE experience advantageous
- Annual wage uplift, professional indemnity, and GDC fees paid
