We are looking for a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is eager to support our community. You will help process payments and manage billing for various services, ensuring that our residents are charged accurately and fairly.
As a Payments & Billing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.
- Ensuring accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.
- Handling enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintaining precise financial records to support reporting and audit requirements.
- Contributing to the management of billing for services such as transport, telecare, meals, and day services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A good understanding of basic financial processes.
- Experience using IT software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
