Job Overview

T he post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Unscheduled Care Division, by collecting, recording, analysing, interpreting and reporting of data required to monitor compliance with the Welsh Assembly Government Referral to Treatment Time (RTT) and Service and Financial Framework annual targets. Responsible for accurate and timely recording of the whole patient pathway on WPAS. The Pathway Tracker reviews the progress the patient’s journey through the care pathway and core services such as health records, radiology and pathology.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our patient pathway tracking team. The purpose of this role is to ensure progression of the patient journey through the Care Pathway in accordance with
Welsh Government Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidelines and requirements. The post holder will work closely with the Medical directorate and will liaise with Administrative and Clerical Staff to progress pathway and ensure accuracy of waiting lists throughout all Stages of the Patient Pathway producing reports for Management meetings to demonstrate this progression.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
