Role Overview:

This role requires overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflows in a technology-focused environment. The position involves coordination with teams to align human resources and operational processes with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing schedules and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to leadership bi-weekly.

• Implement policies to enhance team productivity and compliance with operational standards.

• Manage vendor relationships to secure necessary tools and services for seamless execution.

• Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires meet role requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 5+ years of management experience.

• Proficiency in workforce planning and resource scheduling tools such as Asana or Trello.

• Experience in policy implementation and compliance tracking within operational frameworks.

• Strong communication skills to liaison between teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

• Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable operational improvements.
