Our Pippa’s House Day Nursery in Weybridge is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery

At our Pippa’s House Day Nursery Weybridge, children aged 3 months to 5 years old enjoy exceptional childcare and early years education. Our wonderful recognises the unique qualities of each child and provides a stimulating learning environment where their individual development is nurtured and supported.

We provides a warm, home from home environment where children feel safe and comfortable.

Our spacious garden allows children to enjoy outdoor play.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Preparing and supporting activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
  • Maintaining a safe, engaging and welcoming environment
  • Following company policies, safeguarding procedures and operational practices
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions and training as required
