As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Coordinator , youwill assistwith the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmentalprocedures and provide regional operational guidance across the client'saccount.
This job supportsthe wider EMEA Health, Safety and Environment function who are responsible fororganizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surroundingcommunities .
What You’ll Do:
Impact the team through the quality of the services orinformation provided.
Co-ordinate andsupport the consistent application of legislative updates within your region.
Co-ordinate andsupport client site teams with ensuring correct and effective compliancemanagement is achieved (Logbooks, Technical Compliance Control Centre (TCCC)
Influence andsupport mitigation strategies for incoming legislative changes.
Requires NEBOSHGeneral Certificate (Minimum).
Ability to explain detailed and complicated informationwithin the team in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitivemindset.

What You’ll Do:
- Providegeneral Health, Safety and Environment guidance to client site teams inaccordance with CBRE process and procedures as well as client Safety Managementand Operational systems (OIMS, PSMS)
- Providesupport for monitoring high-risk injury, illness, and incident-relatedperformance.
- Assistwith the development and implementation of strategic solutions to improveperformance results.
- Supportthe consistent filing and maintenance of permits, licenses, applications, andrecords to ensure compliance.
- Auditreview inspection records and investigate escalated complaints and suspectedviolations.
- Informthe management team, clients, and employees of complex control regulations andinspection findings. Make recommendations on how violations can be corrected.
- Supportthe implementation of cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.

- Proactively work with the operationsteams to identify improvement opportunities, efficiency opportunities andcontinually work to enhance the way we deliver our services
- Provide support to projects beingdelivered in the region to ensure that the same level of safety diligence isapplied to all CBRE activities at site.
- Ensure that any safety, security andbusiness risks are being identified and managed in the region, utilising theapproved risk registers and associated processes.
- Actively share learning opportunitiesacross the region, account and client and CBRE businesses.
Requires NEBOSHGeneral Certificate (Minimum).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid UK/EU passport
Ability to explain detailed and complicated informationwithin the team in a clear and concise manner.
