We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Host/Hostess to join our established team at Byron Court Care Home. This role is for 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10am -2pm).

About the Home

Byron Court provides a safe, specialist setting for residents living with varying levels of dementia and general nursing requirements.

You’ll bring kindness, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with vulnerable people.

About the Role

As a Hospitality Host/Hostess, you will play a key role in enhancing our residents' daily experience by providing exceptional service within our dining areas.

You will be responsible for ensuring that dining areas are clean, welcoming, and efficiently managed, while supporting residents, relatives, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach. This role combines hospitality, customer service, and resident engagement to create a positive dining experience that contributes to residents' wellbeing and quality of life.

About You

• Friendly, approachable and compassionate.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene standards.
• Experience in hospitality or health and social care is desirable but not essential.
