- Providing financial assistant and support to the Trust and schools and assist with the day to day running of the department
- Supporting budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Administering school trips and ParentPay systems
- Maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Providing high-quality administrative support across trust operations
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in finance, accounting, or financial administration
- Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Confident using financial systems and IT packages
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- A clear communicator, able to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and a strong team player
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Confidence supporting and advising staff on financial matters
- A commitment to high professional standards, confidentiality, and accuracy
