Role Description

Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: Guaranteed – stability you can count on

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence is essential

Visa Sponsorships: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK
  • The ability to work one "sleep-in" per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)

  • Supporting daily routines – from morning care to bedtime
  • Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
  • Contributing to tailored support plans
  • Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
  • Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters

Redhill Supported Living is expanding, and we’re looking for kind, motivated people to join our welcoming, non‑judgemental team.

Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives.
