What You'll Be Doing
- Electronic and electrical assembly of components
- Assembling and securing small parts with precision
- Working confidently with hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Occasional mechanical assembly with stainless and mild steel
- Comfortable in a hands-on Assembly Operative role
- Able to follow drawings and instructions accurately
- Good with hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, steady, and happy in a production environment
- Physically able to be active throughout the shift
- Regular overtime available at enhanced rates
- Long-term opportunity with permanent potential after probation
