Driver Vehicle Collection & Delivery | Norwich

Steer Automotive Group is looking for a professional and reliable Driver to join our team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, delivering outstanding customer service, and being part of a supportive, growing business.

As a Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of customer vehicles while representing Steer Automotive Group with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
  • Carry out basic vehicle condition checks before and after journeys
  • Provide excellent customer service at every collection and delivery
  • Assist with moving vehicles around the site to support workshop operations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Follow all road safety and company procedures

About You

  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Aged 21 or over (insurance requirements)
  • Previous driving, delivery driver, chauffeur, trade plate driver, or customer service experience is beneficial
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
