Lead Change. Unlock Value. Transform Manufacturing at Scale.

At Trivium Packaging, transformation is not a project—it is how we create a stronger, more agile, and more competitive future. We are looking for an exceptional Transformation Manager to lead high-impact plant transformations across our global manufacturing network.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker, hands-on problem solver, and influential change leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn ambitious goals into measurable business results. Working closely with plant leaders, regional leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify performance opportunities, build value creation roadmaps, and lead end-to-end transformation programs that deliver sustainable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, service, and financial performance.

What You Will Do

Drive End-to-End Plant Transformations

Lead transformation engagements from initial diagnosis through implementation and long-term sustainability. You will uncover hidden value, tackle complex operational challenges, and ensure measurable improvements that stick.

Identify and Unlock Performance Potential

Conduct rigorous, hypothesis-driven diagnostics across manufacturing operations. Leverage data analytics, AI-enabled insights, and operational expertise to identify performance gaps and create actionable value improvement plans.

Deliver Measurable Business Impact

Translate insights into prioritized initiatives with clear financial outcomes. Establish robust governance, benefit tracking, and accountability mechanisms to ensure delivery against EBITDA, productivity, quality, service, and cash targets.

Lead and Inspire Teams

Act as the trusted transformation leader for plant and regional leadership teams. Facilitate decision-making, align stakeholders, remove barriers, and create momentum across multiple workstreams and functions.

Drive Change That Lasts

Design and lead change management approaches that build ownership, develop capability, and ensure adoption. Embed improvements into daily operations, management systems, and performance routines so results continue long after the transformation concludes.

Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Champion the Trivium Business System (TBS) and Operational Excellence standards across the network. Standardize best practices, eliminate variation, and help create high-performing teams that continuously improve.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or manufacturing transformation.
  • Experience with top-tier consulting firms or leading large-scale transformation programs within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent structured problem-solving, analytical, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, performance management, and value creation.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experience leveraging AI-driven insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, lead cross-functional teams, and build sustainable organizational capability.
  • Willingness to travel globally to support transformation initiatives across multiple sites.
