We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Central/IT team as a Data Visualisation Specialist at our Wolverhampton site.

Your Role
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to play a key role in our digital transformation journey.
As a Tableau Developer & Data Analytics Specialist, you will help modernise our reporting and analytics capabilities by creating impactful dashboards and data visualisations that support business-critical decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Working closely with stakeholders to deliver user-focused analytics solutions
- Analysing data from multiple enterprise systems and SQL databases
- Writing and optimising SQL queries to support reporting needs
- Collaborating with the Digital Operations DBA team to understand and enhance data sources
Job Requirements
What You'll BringEssential
- Some hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop (academic, personal, or commercial) and an interest in data visualization
- Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of how to query and work with data
- Ability to create clear and easy-to-understand dashboards or reports
- An interest in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn
- Strong teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- A positive approach and willingness to take initiative
Desirable
- Experience using Tableau Prep or other data preparation tools (even at a basic level)
- Exposure to working with databases or large datasets
- Awareness of additional database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Oracle)
- Experience gathering requirements or working with stakeholders (e.g. through projects, placements, or internships)
- An interest in dashboard design, user experience, and data storytelling
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and curiosity when working with data
