A Class Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated female Live-In Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Due to the specific personal care needs and expressed preferences of our clients, this position is open to female applicants only in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24-hour live-in care support to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence.
  • Follow personalised care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Promote a positive environment that respects clients’ dignity and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
  • Qualifications
  • Must be on the DBS update service
  • Proven experience in home care or similar roles is preferred.
  • Valid driving license is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work
