Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Great Homer Street, Liverpool store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards
  • Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day
  • Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best
  • Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
