Deputy Centre Manager

Milton Keynes College Group are looking to appoint a Deputy Centre Manager, to support the development and delivery of our new Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) prevention provision. Reporting into the Centre Manager and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders this role will have oversight of a cohort of students at risk of becoming NEET.
Using your skills and experience from the education/alternative provision sector, you will support a new team to develop and implement curriculum designed to engage young people most at risk of becoming NEET. The intent of this curriculum is to improve young people’s relationship with education and to enable them to gain and success and to achieve meaningful progress. You will contribute to developing and enhancing a high quality, innovative curriculum, which delivers positive outcomes for a wonderfully diverse group of students studying towards a variety of qualifications in this area.
