Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead - Temporary until December 2027

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead to join us temporarily while the current postholder takes up a development secondment.

You don’t need to be a customer experience specialist. If you’re good at coordinating activity, working with others and turning information into practical action, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll bring:

• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders.
• The ability to identify themes and turn insight into action.

About the Role

You’ll help turn customer feedback and plans into meaningful improvements by:

• Keeping customer projects and actions on track.
• Coordinating our Customer Delivery Group.
• Supporting our customer survey and analysing feedback.
• Turning insight into practical recommendations and actions.
• Providing clear updates to senior leaders.
