In this role you’ll shape an innovative and engaging curriculum that inspires learners to develop skills, build confidence and achieve the qualifications that allow them to embark on a sustainable career in their chosen industry
Our growing department has a fantastic reputation within the college, wider community and creative sector and provides brilliant experiences for learners to practice their skills inside and outside of the College through high profile live projects and work experience opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in developing these experiences as well as creating new opportunities with a range of partners. Using your excellent communication skills and ability to influence and inspire others, you will lead on developing employer panels, pro-actively networking with industry and actively contributing to the business development of the department and wider college
We’d like you to be an outstanding teacher and have experience, up to level 5, of one or more of the following subjects:
You will have a reduced timetable enabling you to focus on the development of the programmes and your team
