Yard Person (Recovery)

An opportunity has presented itself to join the team at our Riverside (Gateshead) Depot as a Recovery Yard Person.

You will be responsible for general yard person duties, including but not limited to:

• Allocating vehicles to duties
• Attending vehicle breakdowns and changeovers
• Servicing of vehicles in fuel and wash lane
• Parking fleet and other job related duties.

Must be prepared to work shifts and overtime when necessary, flexibility is a key requirement.

To ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Health and Safety at Work Act or any other Acts, rules or regulations which the company adheres to.

A PCV licence is required.

HGV Class 1 is preferred.

38 hours per week, Any 5 out of 7.

Enhanced rates available for overtime, weekends and nightshifts.
