Role Responsibilities

This is far more than writing standard blog posts. As our new Content Executive, you’ll craft behaviour-led copy across a wide variety of channels and formats: website copy, email sequences, video scripts, social media, case studies, and landing pages.

You won't be doing it in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content & Digital PR specialists, SEO experts, Creatives, and Behavioural Scientists to craft content that ranks, engages, and converts.

Here is what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Creating High-Standard, Multi-Format Content

  • Write compelling copy: Produce clear, engaging content across a range of formats, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, email marketing, video scripts, social media content, and case studies aligned with client brand tone.
  • Write for the audience: Draft website copy informed by audience insights, behavioural science principles, AI-assisted research, keyword analysis, and search intent.
  • Build SEO briefs: Work alongside SEO + Content Managers to build SEO content briefs that pinpoint opportunities for keyword optimisation, internal linking, and user engagement.
  • Use AI responsibly: Use AI tools to support research, ideation, drafting, and editing, while applying your own critical thinking, human creativity, and context to ensure accuracy.
  • Quality control: Thoroughly proofread and quality-check all work for spelling, grammar, and alignment with agency standards before anything goes live.
  • Spot trends and opportunities: Collaborate with managers to identify content opportunities through competitor analysis, search trends, and emerging topics to boost traffic and rankings.
  • Manage content on CMS platforms: Gain hands-on experience using various Content Management Systems to upload, update, and publish client content.

Collaborating Across Agency Teams

  • Cross-channel teamwork: Work closely with SEO, Digital PR, Paid Media, Creative, and Growth teams to contribute to broader digital marketing workstreams.
  • Behavioural email campaigns: Partner directly with the Behavioural Science team to craft audience-first email marketing content.
  • Knowledge sharing: Build positive working relationships across the business and actively share insights across channels.

Growing Your Skills

  • Own your development: Take ownership of your career path with the support of your team, actively seeking feedback and participating in agency training across SEO, AI, and behavioural science.
  • Stay curious: Keep up with new content formats, platforms, AI search tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and performance of your work.

Who We Are Looking For...

We care deeply about who you are and how you work. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Love storytelling: You have a genuine passion for writing and creating useful content for real people.
  • Are naturally curious: You enjoy learning about human behaviour, SEO, AI, and digital trends.
  • Embrace new tech: You're excited to experiment with AI tools to supercharge your workflow without cutting corners on quality.
  • Have brilliant attention to detail: You take pride in proofreading, tone of voice, and producing polished, accurate work.
  • Are a team player: You thrive in a supportive, feedback-friendly environment where everyone looks out for each other.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US

We believe that to do great work, you need a workplace that cares about you as a human.

  • 4-Day Work Week (compressed hours) & Flexible Working: We respect your time and work-life balance.
  • Living Our Values: We operate like a family—caring, honest, and inclusive. We’re ambitious like Olympic athletes ("Going for Gold"), but always supportive.
  • Real Development: You’ll learn directly from industry mavens and get access to regular training across AI, SEO, behavioural science, and broader digital strategy.
  • Great Benefits: 28 days holiday (excl. bank holidays) PLUS your Birthday off, a Charity Day, and office closure between Christmas and New Year. Plus, comprehensive Aviva Private Healthcare (including dental).
