We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Commis Chef to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What do you need to be a Commis Chef? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be assisting our Chef De Parties and wider Kitchen team provide excellent culinary experiences for our guests, prepping food for service and preparing essential elements of our dishes.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts.

• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and previous experience in a Kitchen as a Chef or Apprentice Chef.

• Motivation for a career within a Kitchen, keen to learn and grow.

• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!

• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
