Purpose of the Role

Cleaning Supervisors at OMNi are expected to deliver exemplary cleaning standards and customer service to both internal and external customers. You are responsible for the cleaning of all common parts of the property and should be undertaken in a safe and efficient manner. The role also requires you to operate cleaning machinery following appropriate training, and you will be expected to perform your duties both individually and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular cleaning patrols, carry out routine cleaning duties in accordance with the site-specific cleaning specification, and instructions as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor and Line Manager.
  • Comply with all on site Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear appropriate protective clothing as required.
  • Follow sound and safe working practice for electrical equipment, materials and agents at all times.
  • Use, handle, transport and store equipment correctly and safely at all times.
  • Report faulty or damaged equipment to Cleaning Supervisor or Line Manager.
  • Support in the implementation of the evacuation of the OMNi Centre in an emergency in accordance with the centre’s emergency plan.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with enquiries from the public if so required.

No specific qualifications or experience required but should possess the following general skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention-to-detail
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
  • Positive and approachable manner
  • Team player qualities

Working Hours - Average 42 hrs per week, 4 on 4 off (Day shift & Night Shift – rotational), 12 hrs per shift.

Salary - £13.28/hr
