We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules and creating a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required mandatory training
• Work effectively both independently , and as part of a team, while delivering excellent customer service
• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, reception areas, and washrooms
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in communal areas
• Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns when identified
• Following company cleaning procedures and regulations at all times
