The Opportunity:
Sunderland AFC is looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging individuals to join our team as Stadium Tour Guides at the iconic Stadium of Light.
As the face of the club for thousands of visitors each year, you will bring Sunderland AFC’s rich history, heritage and matchday magic to life through unforgettable behind-the-scenes experiences. From the player’s tunnel and changing rooms to the dugouts and executive suites, you will deliver engaging tours that inspire supporters of all ages from around the world.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest, while representing the club with pride and professionalism. Whether supporting VIP tours, special events or sharing the latest club stories and milestones, no two days will be the same.

What We Ask For:
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills who can bring the Sunderland AFC story to life. You will have a genuine passion for football and a strong knowledge of the club, combined with the ability to engage and connect with visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will be personable, professional and well organised, with a reliable approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve working weekends, holidays and other key club events throughout the year.
An Enhanced DBS from Sunderland AFC is required.
