We are using and creating technology to transform operations at sea to enable people and the planet to thrive.

We are open-minded and fearless in our approach to innovation and don't believe in boundaries. We challenge everything and have massive ambitions to drag aging industries into the tech era.

We take safety, equality and education very seriously, and our responsibilities don't stop at our front door. Our business is built on the belief that there's definitely a more environmentally responsible way to operate at sea.

We employ people who share our core values. We expect our people to be courageous, trustworthy, and conscientious, driven by a desire to do the right thing. We strive for excellence, work collaboratively, and are genuinely excited by our work.

We offer opportunities for our people to develop beyond their role and span a multitude of disciplines. These are open to all, regardless of background and experience level. Working with us means being part of a team that is harnessing technology and creativity to disrupt a traditional industry.

We are not your average workplace.

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Brand and Campaigns Lead to take deliver the company’s external brand, campaigns and market positioning strategy.

This is a part-time job share role (3 days per week), operating in close partnership with an existing role holder and reporting to the Head of Communications and Change. Together, the role holders are accountable for how Ocean Infinity shows up to the market - ensuring a clear, credible and consistent external narrative that strengthens our brand position, supports commercial growth and builds trust with clients, partners and future talent.

Working as a single, aligned function, the Brand and Campaigns Leads are responsible for shaping Ocean Infinity’s external positioning and translating strategy into focused, high-impact campaigns. This role requires someone who can think strategically about how the business is positioned, while also driving delivery - ensuring all activity reflects real operational capability and supports commercial priorities.

This is not a purely delivery role. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with strong judgement and autonomy - partnering with senior stakeholders, challenging where needed, and bringing focus and clarity to how and where we invest in brand and campaign activity.

There is a preference for a Monday–Wednesday working pattern to ensure sufficient overlap, continuity and effective handover across the job share.

What will you do:

  • Operate as an equal job share alongside the existing Brand and Campaigns role holder, with both individuals jointly accountable for the overall success of the work.

  • Primarily lead on employer branding and talent-focussed campaigns working closely with the counterpart who leads on commercial credibility and positioning, including thought leadership and client-facing narrative - with shared visibility and input across all areas.

  • Take ownership of developing and delivering a content plan in line with the brand and campaigns strategy, supporting organisational, commercial and hiring priorities.

  • Work cross-functionally with People and Culture to shape employer brand and recruitment activity, as well as with Internal Communications, Commercial and Leadership.

  • Ensure all external communications are consistent, clear and reflect with the Ocean Infinity brand.

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, using data and insight to continuously improve effectiveness and inform future activity.

  • Maintain a seamless job share partnership with full transparency across all activity, shared planning and handovers, and the ability to step into each other’s work as needed without disruption.

Who you are:

  • An experienced (ideally 5+ years) marketing and communications professional with experience across both commercial and employer branding, comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery level within a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Experience delivering high-quality, impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Ability to define clear narratives and turn strategy into practical execution.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, accessible content.

  • Comfortable using AI tools and creative agents to support content development, campaign planning and delivery.

  • Ability to lead and brief a range of creative work, from thought leadership through to video content, social media and strategic PR.

  • Takes ownership of work and delivers to a high standard, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • A skilled and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Senior Management, the Executive Team and the CEO.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company's purpose.

  • Critical thinking and ability to show initiative.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in global / technology businesses.

  • Degree in marketing, communications or PR.
