Bartender

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensuring excellent and professional service at all times
• Helping the bar team, ensuring no guest is kept waiting
• Reporting items running low to the kitchen and re-stocking
• Being knowledgeable of and operating within appropriate outlet and liquor licensing guidelines and Lounge Management Policies
• Replenishing stock as required
• Other duties as required and outlined by the Food & Beverage manager and supervisor
• Ensuring food and beverage waste is kept to a minimum
• Establishing ongoing On Job Training Programmes within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards
• Using Department Procedure Manuals as a base for all service procedures training
• Inducting new staff into the team
• Openly communicating with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on
