An opportunity has arisen to become part of a dedicated team and make a real difference in a neighbourhood, supporting the delivery of tenancy and estate management related services within a locality
You will have experience of working in a housing related or other public service environment and experience of direct dealing with members of the public with a clear understanding of customer care standards
You will require NQF Level 3 qualification e.g. AS and A levels, NVQs Level 3, Applied A levels, BTEC First Certificates and Diplomas, City and Guilds Advanced Craft Part 3, or NQF Level 4 Certificates of Higher Education or evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
