Our marketing team have a great role as Marketing Manager supporting our enterprise sales team. You’ll be leading the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on maximising marketing investment to drive lead conversion in our strategic growth markets.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Responsibility for activity in the full campaign lifecycle - from brief, through to creation and delivery to support sales engagement, lead gen and driving new business engagement
  • Utilise multiple integrated channels including, but not limited to:
    • Targeted, strategic ABM activity
    • Paid, earned and social media, with support from the Digital Marketing team
    • Supporting telemarketing activity with campaign and sales engagement material
    • Supporting the Sales Enablement team with relevant messaging and content
    • Marketing automation programmes
  • Support the execution of Industry exhibitions, digital and hybrid events, hospitality with support from the Events team
  • Provide clear and engaging supporting campaign briefs to ensure sales alignment
  • Regular campaign analysis and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement and return on marketing investment
  • Data segmentation for campaign execution, aligned to target ICP and intent signals
  • Support and grow relationships with strategic partners and agencies, where appropriate to enhance marketing activity, including leading Analysts.
  • Liaison with key business stakeholders to coordinate approvals and follow up as required
  • Monitor UK telecoms and vertical market trends, competitive propositions, and marketing programmes to inform activity and drive engagement
  • Develop and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Develop a good understanding of our value proposition and go to market messaging for our products and solutions to inform copywriting and campaign creation

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with proven success in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Previous experience in a technology marketing role, or similar sector advantageous
  • Broad understanding of marketing techniques and strategies
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms - Salesforce, Pardot or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing application
  • Strong copywriting capability is essential, in addition to good presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative suite
  • WordPress or similar CMS skills desirable
  • Experience using virtual event or webinar platforms advantageous
  • Confident manipulating and interpreting data using Excel
